RGH Podcast Season 2, episode 9 - where do you keep your hamsters?

Welp, I did it! I finally recorded another episode!
In today’s episode I recapped my last few months - mainly, moving my hamsters to a finished basement with an egress window & caring for Maurice in the last few months of his life.
(I used a combination of GenTeal tears and sterile saline water to keep his dry eyes moisturized during the last few months of his life as directed by my vet, links below to what I used, if you’re curious)
I’m excited about my new hamster room, but having my hamsters in the basement also has it’s downsides. I’m curious where you all keep your hamsters?
I also answered a few questions- one about what substrates I use & why (links to my fav substrates below), and one about how to deal with a biting hamster.
